01 / Refund policy
Bids are non-refundable.
Except where applicable law or the payment provider's terms require otherwise, all bid payments are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, a lower rank, or fewer clicks than expected.
Your mandatory cancellation and refund rights still apply, including rights relating to services that are not delivered or are materially defective. The payment provider may also issue a refund under its own policies. This rule does not override those rights or decisions.
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments when payments are available. A refunded or disputed payment may remove the associated bid and listing from the board while it is reviewed.
A position, not a promise.
Your accepted bid total in the selected period determines your bid rank. Other products can move ahead of you. A payment does not guarantee a fixed rank, a number of views or clicks, or any sales.
Bring work you can stand behind.
List a real product with a working link and an accurate description. You must have permission to promote it. Scams, malware, unlawful content, impersonation, and infringement are not allowed.
Keep the clicks honest.
Do not use bots, click farms, or automated repeat visits to inflate attention rank. Known bot traffic and repeated clicks are filtered, but a click count is not a count of unique people.
